The Opportunity (Freelance – New York)
We are looking for a Freelance Agency Partnerships Manager to support the growth of our North American (New York-led) market.
This role can be remote within the US, with a focus on building relationships across New York media agencies and supporting BizClik’s expansion into the US market.
You will play a key role in originating opportunities, building agency relationships and driving revenue, helping to establish BizClik as a trusted partner within US agency planning cycles.
Purpose of the Role
To build and convert relationships with media agencies into consistent, scalable revenue streams.
This role focuses on embedding BizClik into agency planning, ensuring our platforms, content and events are actively considered in campaign strategies.
This is not transactional sales, it is about building long-term, strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Relationship Development
Build and manage relationships with key media agencies across New York and North America
Position BizClik as a trusted partner within agency planning teams
Develop relationships across planners, buyers and senior stakeholders
Revenue Generation and Pipeline Growth
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of agency-led opportunities
Identify and convert campaign briefs, RFPs and partnership opportunities
Deliver multi-platform solutions across events, editorial, video and thought leadership
Strategic Partnership Development
Secure long-term and repeat partnerships with key agencies
Develop preferred partner and annual agreements
Collaborate on integrated campaigns aligned to client objectives
Market Intelligence
Maintain visibility of agency pipelines, campaign cycles and brand priorities
Identify trends across AI, sustainability, procurement, HR and enterprise tech
Feed insights into commercial, events and editorial teams
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with global teams to build proposals and deliver campaigns
Collaborate with events, editorial, video and commercial teams
Global Alignment
Support alignment with global hubs across London, Chicago and Singapore
Contribute to a 24/7 operating model with continuous opportunity flow

Revenue generated from agency partnerships
Pipeline value and conversion rate
Number of active and repeat agency relationships
Average deal size and multi-platform deal ratio
Volume of RFPs and opportunities generated

Skills and Experience
Proven experience in media agency sales, partnerships or account management
Strong network within New York / US media agencies
Experience selling integrated media, events or content solutions
Commercially driven with a track record of delivering revenue
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
