Job responsibilities

Work alongside our production, editorial, and events teams to make the show happen:

• Welcome and Registration– be the first face our delegates see, helping with check-in and guest support.

• Stage and Session Support- assist speakers, manage timings, and ensure smooth-running sessions.

• Speaker and Media Coordination– support interviews, liaise with press, and keep the broadcast schedule on track.

• Sustainability and Partner Zones– bring our sponsors, partners, and sustainability activations to life.

• Event Operations– support logistics, broadcast, and production alongside the BizClik team.
