BizClik is experiencing rapid global growth across events, sponsorship, partnerships and commercial innovation. As part of this expansion, we are strengthening our Healthcare portfolio, which spans digital media, magazines and global live events.
The Media Director- Healthcare exists to lead commercial growth across our global Healthcare platforms, building high-value partnerships with healthcare providers, technology vendors, consultancies and solution partners.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a confident, strategic and consultative commercial leader who can operate at enterprise level, selling integrated media and event partnerships into complex healthcare markets.
This role exists to:
Drive revenue growth across healthcare media and events
Build long-term partnerships with global healthcare brands
Shape how healthcare organisations engage with senior audiences through BizClik platforms
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Growth
Drive sponsorship, advertising and content-partnership revenue across LIVE events and Healthcare Magazine
Build, manage and convert a strong personal pipeline of enterprise healthcare clients
Create integrated, multi-channel partnership packages across events, digital media and content
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with senior decision-makers across healthcare, life sciences and digital health markets
Client Partnerships
Act as the senior commercial lead for healthcare clients and sponsors
Build trusted, long-term relationships with global brands, agencies and healthcare consultancies
Represent BizClik and the Healthcare portfolio at major international events and industry forums
Ensure exceptional client experience, repeat business and long-term partnerships
Collaboration and Alignment
Work closely with Marketing to ensure brand consistency, commercial quality and governance
Partner with Data and Insight teams to inform targeting, pricing and campaign optimisation
Collaborate with Editorial, Events and Video teams to align content, storytelling and sponsorship opportunities
Provide market insight and feedback to shape portfolio development and new commercial products
Performance and Reporting
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
Track and communicate campaign performance and ROI to clients and internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience
Essential
Proven experience in B2B media, events or sponsorship sales at senior level
Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level healthcare or technology clients
Strong experience closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Commercially astute and confident using CRM and performance data
Desirable
Experience selling into healthcare, digital health, medtech or life sciences
Experience working with global consultancies or solution providers
Exposure to integrated partner marketing and demand generation solutions
