BizClik’s events are defined by the quality of their speakers and the strength of their agendas.
This role exists to ensure that every event is built on a high-quality, senior-level speaker lineup and a clear, commercially aligned content programme that supports audience growth, brand positioning and revenue generation.
This is not a coordination role. It is a commercially accountable position with ownership of speaker acquisition, agenda development and external relationships that directly influence event performance.
Purpose of the Role
To own and deliver the end-to-end speaker and agenda strategy across BizClik’s global events, ensuring each event is positioned with strong, relevant content and high-calibre speakers that support commercial success.
Role Objectives
Secure high-quality, senior speakers aligned to event positioning
Develop clear, differentiated and commercially relevant event agendas
Build strong external relationships that support speaker acquisition
Ensure speaker strategy directly supports sponsorship and revenue
Key ResponsibilitiesSpeaker Strategy and Acquisition
Own the speaker pipeline across BizClik’s event portfolio, securing senior, high-impact speakers aligned to audience and commercial priorities.
Proactively identify, approach and secure speakers, operating with pace, ownership and clear targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders across key industries.
PR Agency and External Relationship Management
Develop and manage relationships with PR agencies as a primary channel for speaker sourcing.
Position BizClik’s events as a platform for agency clients, ensuring consistent inbound speaker opportunities.
Build a structured network of agency contacts and maintain ongoing engagement to support future events.
Leverage agency relationships to increase the calibre, diversity and seniority of speakers.
Event Agenda and Content Ownership
Own the development of event agendas, including themes, session topics and formats.
Ensure agendas are built around current industry trends, audience demand and commercial priorities.
Define the type and profile of speakers required for each session and align sourcing accordingly.
Work closely with Event leadership, Editorial and Sales to ensure alignment between content, audience and revenue.
Commercial Alignment
Work closely with Sales teams to ensure speaker selection and agenda development support sponsorship opportunities.
Align speakers to sponsor objectives and create commercially relevant content that strengthens event positioning.
Understand and operate with a clear link between content quality and revenue performance.
Speaker Delivery and Experience
Manage confirmed speakers end-to-end, ensuring a professional, consistent and high-quality experience.
Oversee communication, scheduling and preparation to ensure speakers are fully aligned and supported.
Ensure delivery is structured, organised and aligned to event timelines.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Events, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across planning, delivery and commercial priorities.
Act as the central point of ownership for speakers and agendas, ensuring clarity and consistency across all stakeholders.
Success Measures
Performance in this role will be measured against:
Quality and seniority of speakers secured
Percentage of speakers confirmed in advance of events (target: 50% at 8 months)
Strength and relevance of event agendas
Alignment between speaker lineup and commercial opportunities
Contribution to event revenue and sponsorship performance
Speaker experience and repeat engagement

Skills and ExperienceEssential
Experience in events, media or content programming
Proven experience securing senior speakers or stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills, including working with external partners or agencies
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience within B2B media or events environments
Experience working with commercial or sales teams
Understanding of industry trends and agenda development
